I think the test of this would be. Of the patients released into care homes with the virus, how many went back to hospital for treatment? The lower the % the greater the point of the legal challenge esp as the nightingale hospitals were not used.

They kicked out of hospital beds sick elderly patients into care homes. Dr's were banned from care homes as were ambulances. Left 2 die and NHS were complicit. Every elderly person in the country had a compulsory Do Not Resuscitate order on them!! STILL CLAPPING? I'M FUMING..
