Controversy as NJC recommends relatives of Supreme Court judges, others to Buhari for appointmentsSome Nigerian lawyers have asked President Muhammadu Buhari to reject 33 candidates recommended to him by the National Judicial Council (NJC) for appointment as High Court judges of the Federal Capital Territory. If those who ordinarily should be willing to lay down their lifes in defence of justice and rule of law now go so low in recommending relatives as judges, what can we say other than it is finished !!! The country is gone, only the strongest survives.
