A discarded mobile phone found at the scene of an alleged sexual assault led police to make an arrest, a court has heard.A court heard he was arrested after police found a mobile phone at the crime sceneA man appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court via videolink on Thursday charged with two counts of engaging in sexual intercourse with a person without their consent.

A police prosecutor said the man, aged in his late 40s, was asked to leave after several drinks but pushed the woman against the wall and sexually assaulted her. The court heard forensic testing on other items found at the home, including a wine glass, had not yet been undertaken.
