Court denies Airlink right to sue SAA

This places a freeze on all litigation and claims against the company.But, Airlink argued that money owed to it for tickets sold by SAA on its behalf was putting its business in jeopardy.The High Court dismissed the application, saying the company must wait in line like all other creditors.

Okay. Into liquidation caused by the court and SAA IS THE RESULT!!!!!!

So even the courts protect SAA now🤮

Sad 💔 They should have been able to sue the hell out off SAA you know! - Finish Them!!
