High Court Judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah fixed the date for the hearing after Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram, who leads the prosecution team, informed the court that the prosecution would give way to Najib's SRC International Sdn Bhd trial.The trial was fixed for Monday , the same time with Najib's corruption trial involving SRC is set to continue before Judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali.
The court also fixed the entire month of June, July, August, September and October, including Fridays for the case. The Pekan MP is alleged to have committed the offences at the Jalan Raja Chulan branch of AmIslamic Bank Berhad at No. 55, Jalan Raja Chulan, Bukit Ceylon here between Feb 24, 2011, and Dec 19, 2014.
