Magistrate Chinyere Nwecheonwu admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N300, 000 with one surety in like sum. She also ordered that the surety must be resident within the Jurisdiction of the court and his or her address verified by the court officials. The magistrate ordered that if the defendant fails to meet the bail conditions, he will remanded in a correctional centre.
