Allianz General Insurance branch manager Fang Suat Lim, 49, testified that the policies were for 20 vehicles - 10 luxury cars, eight high-powered motorcycles, a car and a motorcycle.
The policies - valued between RM113.80 and RM8,552.52 - were registered under Zahid, his wife Datin Seri Hamidah Khamis and their children Nurulizwani, Datuk Nurulhidayah and Ahmad Shafiq Hazieq. The amount of payment made by Zahid for the policies between January 2015 and November 2015 was RM65,070.04 and this is excluding a 10% commission.
