Prince Andrew must testify says Epstein accusers' lawyer

Prince Andrew said this photo was taken on a walk where he told Epstein their friendship was over

The subpoenas - court summonses to give testimony - have been prepared for all five cases and would have to be signed off by a judge once the prince was on US soil.Six things we learned from the duke's interview When they got back to the house, she said she asked Epstein to take a picture of her to show her family. She then carried out the instructions to entertain the prince.

"It's very difficult to be able to prove it but I don't remember that photograph being taken. That's me but whether that's my hand… I have simply no recollection of the photograph ever being taken." He is convinced the picture is genuine because he found it in the middle of a bundle of photos that Ms Giuffre handed him from her travels with Epstein and Ms Maxwell.

The news that five women say that Prince Andrew witnessed Epstein and his guests receiving massages and have prepared subpoenas should he travel to the US is bad for the prince on several fronts. This news, and the rest of the programme, with a powerful interview by Virginia Giuffre, puts Prince Andrew, his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and his denials, back into the spotlight. The controversy refuses to go away; instead, it grows.

Should be headed to prison but won't.

And he will lie 😡, he is an absolute disgrace, and should be disowned by the rest of our wonderful Royal family.

Prince Perv said he would...chop chop Andy.

Diplomatic immunity. I think thats what the Americans do!

However much people dislike the royals he hasn't broken any uk laws as far as I can see. Thought basis of uk law was innocent till proven guilty. Not trial by media.

And so should the US woman who run over n killed a teenage boy here in England claiming she diplomatic immunity should be on trial here 🤔 still waiting for her to come face the music in our courts

He’s a member of the most powerful Royal family on the planet, I don’t think he has to do anything

America can force Prince Andrew to testify. We haven't been able to get a woman who used diplomatic immunity to escape even questioning over a death she caused.

This could bring down the house of Windsor !!!!

So Fergie with her debts were helpfully paid off by Epstein also. She needs to b stripped off title which she shld not hv anyway, acts as royalty but she’s not now along with car crash intvw arranged with eldest girl Betty Christ knows wht thinking for tht to b done!

How can they demand anything? If it does Surely the same should apply to the woman who killed the motorcyclist before fleeing to US? Surely?

Andrew has been punished adequately by his family. Please allow Her Majesty to spend her final years without any more drama. This all happened many years ago and the woman involved did not look stressed in the photograph. She was a willing participant now trying to make money.

He’s no going to do that or he will end up in jail.
