Katie Price declared bankrupt in court after blowing £45m fortune

Just weeks before Christmas, Katie Price has been declared bankrupt after failing to pay off thousands of pounds in debt.Judge Jonathan Middleton, who was sitting at a specialist insolvency and companies court, said: "I do judge Ms Price to be bankrupt."

However, she failed to meet the terms of the agreement so the renewed bankruptcy proceedings were brought. The clip showed her house in disrepair and revealed that she was currently living in the annexe of the house as the rest was unliveable.
