1MDB, MOFI can challenge IPIC, Aabar PJS over consent award

1MALAYSIA Development Bhd and Minister of Finance Incorporated can proceed to challenge International Petroleum Investment Company and Aabar Investments PJS at the High Court in London, according to Attorney-General Tommy Thomas. He said this is now possible after 1MDB and MOFI succeeded in their appeal against IPIC and Aabar PJS to set aside a consent award entered into by the Najib Razak administration.
