The Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday fixed February 25, 2020, to deliver judgement in the N400 million fraud charge against a former spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party , Olisa Metuh.
The former PDP spokesperson was also accused of transacting with the sum of $2 million without going through a financial institution, in violation of a provision of the Money Laundering Act. Mr Ozioko added that the Office of the National Security Adviser has the power to pay money for such services.
He finally said there is no evidence contradicting services rendered as shown before the court and urged the court to discharge and acquit the accused.
Five years EFCC is yet to prove metuh, Dasukigate etc and they were screaming PDP is corrupt. Prove them guilty, let the court pronounce it's judgement na. APC just deceive gullible Nigerians with fight against corruption
