Parnas, a Ukrainian-born American citizen, and another Giuliani associate, Igor Fruman, were subpoenaed by the committee last month. At the time, both men declared they would not comply with the House-led inquiry. Fruman has still not indicated that he intends to cooperate with the committee. In October, the two men were arrested at Dulles International Airport on charges including issuing false statements to the Federal Election Commission and conspiracy to commit campaign finance fraud. Their charges were in connection to a Southern District of New York criminal campaign finance case. Parnas and Fruman, who both pleaded not guilty, were attempting to leave the country at the time of their arrest.
In recent weeks, Parnas and Fruman have been linked to the impeachment inquiry into Trump after reports indicated they had assisted Giuliani in his efforts to find dirt on Biden by allegedly helping the former New York mayor set up meetings with officials from Ukraine. Damn... not a fan of using valuable information from foreign nationals to influence the 2020 election but audio AND video... I want to listen and then I want to know what Rudy says he has on BIDEN
