This is bullshit. He was convicted with absolutely zero physical evidence and completely based on “he said she said” statements. This was such a sorry excuse for an investigation.

Dirty Baltimore cops and known liar for a witness, this kid deserves a new trial.

I watched a documentary on this case it’s heartbreaking

Damn 🤦🏻‍♀️

KimKardashian

‘cause he did it

Ughhh finally! It’s over, can we just forget about this dude now?

Thank God! It would have been horrible if Sarah Koenig's terrible reporting created an opportunity for this guy to get out of jail. Serial season 1 is a master class in how you manipulate an audience to believe a false narrative.

They should have heard this case on the basis given to them. Clearly his council missed some important parts that showed reasonable doubt. It’s not to say let him go free but give a jury the chance to hear all the facts and prove innocence or guilt beyond a reasonable doubt😔

He’s guilty AF

Good.

'What if'...

If his story was told on the Ben Shapiro Show I bet they would have taken it up. (Or if he didn't have brown skin and wasn't a Muslim)

Can we argue that he was deserving of a new trial? Yes. Does that change the fact that he remains guilty? No.

I listened to the podcast and based on that I formed the opinion he was guilty, and so was the guy who was a witness against him

sahilkapur Good. The guy is clearly guilty.

Makes you think the podcast might be a bit biased if the Supreme Court won’t review

And yet the question of whether there was a phone at Best Buy alludes us.

Guilty: During the trial one of his friends, Jay Wilds, testified that he helped Syed dig a hole for Lee's body.

His lawyer's still can't find someone black to pin it on

The Supreme Court shouldn’t have the option to choose whether or not it hears something. Every single case appealed up to them should be heard, no matter how long the process takes. This is F’d up.

Correct decision.

A murderer and an Islamic extremist. DeportHim

Turning down that plea deal was one of the dumber things I had ever seen

Free him

Good

Bogus!

Oh, no!

NUNES TAKING YOU TO COURT! FAKENEWS
