BREAKING: Court bars EFCC from prosecuting ex-Customs boss, Dikko

f the Nigeria Customs Service, Abdullahi Dikko.

The agreement was said to have been based on the return of N1.5bn proceeds of alleged crimes he committed while in the office to the coffers of the Federal Government. The AGF , the Department of State Services, the EFCC and its chairman were the defendants in the suit instituted by Dikko.

Just read before commenting. EFCC gets the blame cos Dikko already parted with 1.5B and the AG already entered an agreement with him
