In a unanimous judgment delivered by Justice Tijjani Abubakar, the Appeal court dismissed the appeal of the governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party , Abba Kabiru Yusuf for lack of merit.
The PDP has appealed the declaration of the tribunal on six counts, claiming the APC candidate did not win the highest lawful votes, insisted the March 23rd rerun was unlawful considered by the Independent National Electoral Commission and that, the process of the elections were characterized with irregularities.
