In special session, Bangsamoro gov't commits to support children's rights

MANILA - The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao government on Wednesday passed a resolution in support of its agenda for children's welfare.

The Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament votes in favour of resolution calling for BTA's full support to the Bangsamoro Children's Agenda! Around 300,000 children below the age of 5, or 1 in 2 children, are chronically malnourished and stunted, compared to the 1 in 3 children stunted nationwide.BARMM Government Chief Minister Murad Ebrahim delivered a statement of commitment to protect and promote the rights of children and address these pressing issues. He also expressed his full support to the Bangsamoro Children's Declaration.
