Arowosomo, a publisher, who resides at 35, Tunde Alabi Street, Ejigbo, Lagos was said to have defrauded his business partner, Mr Isaac Ukeje, NAN reports.
John told the court that the Arowosomo committed the offences on Aug. 4, 2017, at Ejigbo area of Lagos. He said “He stopped taking telephone calls from the complainant, and all efforts to retrieve the money was unsuccessful.”However, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charges.
