KUANTAN (Bernama): Jalan Genting-Amber Court in Genting Highlands near here, which was closed due to a landslide on Tuesday (Nov 5), has been reopened.

Bentong district deputy police chief DSP Mohd Shahril Abdul Rahman said the clearing works were completed on Thursday , allowing the road to be reopened to all vehicles as usual.

"However, motorists are advised to avoid using the road at night to prevent untoward incidents," he said in a statement here Friday . In the 5.30pm incident, a landslide occurred near the exhibition hall of a real estate company there following heavy rain which lasted for several hours.
