The Texas teen accused of killing 10 people at Santa Fe High School last year will be declared not competent to stand trial, his defense attorney said Monday.
Dimitrios Pagourtzis was evaluated by three experts: one hired by the defense, an independent expert and one chosen by state prosecutors. All three agreed that the teen is not competent to stand trial, attorney Nicholas Poehl said. Santa Fe High School had armed cops and active shooter drills. Unless someone is brain dead there shouldnt be this exception for a crime of murder. It would be 1 thing if he was drugged but not because he was quiet which is exactly the type that shoots up schools. 0% reason this guy at 17 cant no right from worng. Hanged tom dooley 4 murder.
