President Donald Trump's former national security advisor Michael Flynn will ask a judge to dismiss the criminal case against Flynn because of "egregious government misconduct and in the interest of justice," a court filing said.
Flynn pleaded guilty in late 2017 to a single count of lying to the FBI about the nature of his discussions with Russia's ambassador to the United States after Trump's election as president.

FBI doctored the 302, hid selected 'Brady' material, and LIED, denying Flynn counsel. Not only should all charges be dropped, but the crooks in FBI should see severe justice, sending the message that gestapo tactics for political gain is NOT okay.
