Jo was NOT happy Kailyn broke their custody agreement on TeenMom2 (via toofab)

trip to Hawaii wasn't a total vacation from drama with her ex, Jo Rivera.the reality TV star returned from her getaway and filled her friend in on what went down with her baby daddies while she was away. The network refused to film the vacation after Kailyn went against her custody agreement with Jo and took their son, Isaac, to Hawaii on a day her ex was to have visitation ... without telling him.

"I got the text at like 2:30 in the morning on the 4th of July," she explained to her friend, Independence Day being one of Jo's predetermined days. She then said his message read, "Happy 4th of July, coming by at 9 to get Isaac. See you soon." Her response: "Well, I decided it was in his best interest to be with me and his brothers today." Jo allegedly hit back writing, "I asked to have my son today. You agreed to that when you signed the custody agreement. Back to court room, see you there."
