A 70-year-old man, Abdullahi Dahiru, on Thursday prayed a Shari’a court II sitting at Magajin Gari, Kaduna, to help him recover the N25,000 dowry he paid on his alleged former fiancée, Ms Rakiya Ibrahim.
She said Dahiru told her that she was his wife since he had paid her dowry and took her to his house where they had an affair which led to her pregnancy.
