Najib’s ‘shock’ over RM42 million was an act, says prosecution

THE prosecution in the SRC International trial submitted today that Najib Razak’s shock upon finding out that RM42 million was in his account was an act and that the former prime minister would have lodged a police report if he was innocent. Deputy public prosecutor V. Sithambaram told the Kuala Lumpur High Court that Najib could have also sued AmBank for allowing unauthorised transactions in his personal bank accounts.
