PDP crisis: Alaibe’s case transferred to Abuja

The Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria , Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad, has granted the request of a former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission , Chief Ndutimi Alaibe, to transfer his case to the Abuja division of the Federal High Court.

“I hereby transfer the case,” she said adding that Alaibe in his letter did not question the credibility of her court. He said: “We came in this morning only to be told that the matter has been transferred due to a letter by Chief Timi Alaibe. We are a bit taken aback at the turn of event and not because we are afraid of the case in Abuja.
