The UN’s Committee on the Rights of the Child will handle the complaint and decide if it can move forward. The committee’s suggestions, however, are not legally binding.“You have stolen my dreams, my childhood with your empty words. We will not let you get away with this. Right here, right now is where we draw the line,” said Thunberg in a speech to the General Assembly.
