If federal government will listen

Meaning the court/judiciary is not handicapped in dispensing justice.

Sowore's release should be unconditional.

Hummm...wich kind kot be dat! Som bodi wey call.for toppling gofmen forcefully?

the court is coming now when he's almost done with the numbers of days they wanted him to stay behind bar, illegal detention, what a cosmetic judgements.

please when ever you quote part of the constitution in bracket state it in your news BIKO 🙏

Protest and get arrested

This government might not obey it, he should cool off there a bit. Was he not among those who campaigned 4 Buhari 4 2015 election now he is incarcerated by the same people. What has happened to their relationship, gone sour so soon? I know some of u will insult me, bring it!

The tyrant at the affairs of government does not obey court order. He is above the law

Who is the Court no be BuBu... the judge dey learn work.

Over now to the CJN who had famously declared that he won't be tolerating the dismissal of court orders. The first challenge to his statement is well on it's way. Good luck

I hope they obey the court order this time

One thing is court issuing the order. Its an entirely different game for the presidency to obey that order. Neglecting and sidelining judicial pronouncements and constitutional provisions is not uncommon in present day Nigeria.

Hope the usual fascist practice of releasing and rearresting will not be deployed here.

We need to start talking like serious people. A court of competent jurisdiction gave an order and all i am seeing since morning is that Buhari ll not obey. We need to let him know that nobody disobeys the court,it is a criminal offense. We r too passive.

Thank lord ,for the court to free sowore. So happy to hear the Good new, micsal fm Dubai.

It's only Nigeria I see anyone that want to say truth government will go any length to punish that person

very good

I pray DSS obey the court order

If dey go hear nah

Will FG obey court order or will they (FG) charger him again?

Protest is the only means in a Democratic government that people can checkmate the abnormalities in government. Arresting him in the first place is a violation of human right.

This judgement must be appealed, Sowore cannot commit Treason and go free otherwise we are setting a precedent. He must be taught a lesson. He can't lose an election and instigate revolution and be collecting money from foreigners to cause anarchy.

Will like to hear what lying Lai Mohammed and the DSS stooge will say this time.

I hope that man will obey this one .

If really he has committed treason l don’t think the court would order his release and for those who taught he would be jailed shame on you all

Hope they will listen

If is truly realised, I hope he continues with his good work...solidarity for ever.

I’m of the opinion they kept YeleSowore intentionally knowing MBuhari will be going to NYC for UN meeting. I don’t believe in coincidences.

The CJN said he will ensure no one disobey Court Orders. Over to you Sir.

Good news for the day.

Hope una president go Obey Court this time😎

Baba no go gree

The best news are coming today. Boris Johnson spat on Democracy and he lost woefully. Sowore freed for his patriotism as a democrat. Congratulations to Nigeria and Nigerians NGRSenate NGRPresident HouseNGR

The question is 'Will the judgment be obey'?

Just waiting for another news that he had been released. Hum, naija, they will just find another charge on him. This is not the first time now

Court order for release of Sowore. Buhari: Dss am looking at you to try it.

may God save us from this zoo

Buhari government is it going to obey the court order FreeSoworeNow

Good one. That is the most sensible thing to do and I applaud it.

Will this court oders to release Swore be obey by the tyrant? We all know the president doesn't respect the court order of Nigeria, sees himself as a man who is above the law of Nigeria. Let's watch and see if he will not turn this court order down and rubbish it.

This administration only respects the law they want to respect and scorns the one they want to scorn. Prove me wrong with this one

Dss should grant no release to any trason citizen irrespective of the court order

Thank God this is coming just a day after the so called CJN declared that the Judiciary will no longer tolerate disobedience of court orders!! Let's see how our depraved government of MBuhari will handle this and disregard court orders as usual!

Will this court oders to release Swore be obey by the tyrant? We all know the president doesn't respect the court order of Nigeria, President sees himself as a man who is above the law of Nigeria. Let's watch and see if he will not turn this court order town and rubbish it.

They will bring another case file against him.... Ndi ara

I'm not being negative, it was based upon my personal experience over these years. Nigeria doesn't worth dying for; Sowore, once you get your travel documents please come back to US for the sake of your kids and wife. Leave Nigeria alone, dont play hero and die for nothing.

$fs s8ev xe

Which Court is that Where they sleeping before now🙄🙄🤔

Nedunaija Court : we hereby grant omoyele sowere bail and to be released from custody with immediate effect Buhari :

Nedunaija Thank God, but I won't be surprised if they didn't release him, won ti se iru e times without numbers

To those who can hear me, I say do not despair. The misery that is upon us is but the passing of greed -the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people thread

Nigeria is not worth dying for... Sowore, pls don't get yourself played by betrayals who called themselves Nigerians again... Move on and be safe for your children... They need you now... The struggle continues maybe your children's children will fight back... But for now.. Exit

And so be it

do MBuhari respect & StateDeptDSS respect the rule of law?!

To obey the court is another issue on its own, we all heard the Attorney General at his screening that National Interest override any court order. Yet he was applauded by our senators. Let us wait for the AG interpretation of this court order. God help Nigeria, God bless NIgeria

RevolutionNow

RevolutionNow No longer afraid SoworevsDSS

RevolutionNow FreeSowore SoworevsDSS Soworeisfree

rozirozay If only they would obey the rule of law and prevent it from same scenario like El-zakzaky case.

I pray he get sense this time after they released him

Good news, thats great waiting for Aso Rock judiciary idia Amin to do his own.failed country of zombiesfreesoworenow

But court doesn't have power to release any person in Nigeria again.

DSS should be merged with Peace Corps. Peace Corps would do a better job than DSS. (Serial law breakers)

Thank God 🙏

They will object and take the .after to a higher court

Shame on Dss and that where involved in that operations, if you come to curt charges that has no merit this how it ends. Shame Dss,shame police, shameful APCleadgovt

May be the government has something against that guy. If not whats the reason behind his detainment.

Hand him over to the police immediately

To obey is another case on it's own..

When they've gotten what they needed

Good news, wat is remaining is for the federal govt to disregard this ruling

Finally

Released from DSS custody or Released as a free man?

We just hope the Tyrant will obey. Because that man has no heart, and an ear problem.
