Mr Akbar, who was 29-years-old when he died, was found on the shop floor with multiple stab wounds by a co-worker arriving for his shift.They were caught across the border in the ACT after a police chase in a stolen car, but were extradited back to New South Wales a day later.
If they were under 18 at the time, they're classed as juveniles. Personally, I think they should be tried as adults. Adult crime, adult time. They knew what they were doing. Just my opinion tho...
Is it possible for them to be classed as adults in Australia or are they both classed as juveniles?
