Conservative commentator Ann Coulter took to Twitter on Sunday afternoon to joke about an allegation of sexual misconduct levied against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, before then suggesting that the accusations are merely a Democratic strategy for ousting President Donald Trump's Supreme Court pick.

In a later post, Coulter added:"I'm beginning to deduce the Democrats' strategy for defeating Trump's next Supt. Ct nominee: Claim that, 30 years ago, he or she whipped out Brett Kavanaugh's penis." Kavanaugh firmly denied that he sexually assaulted young females while he was attending high school and university throughout his confirmation hearing.article surfaced this weekend, Trump defended the embattled judge from mounting criticism."Brett Kavanaugh should start suing people for libel, or the Justice Department should come to his rescue," the president tweeted on Sunday."The lies being told about him are unbelievable. False Accusations without recrimination.

"I sat through those hearings. Brett Kavanaugh lied to the U.S. Senate and most importantly to the American people," Harris tweeted."He was put on the Court through a sham process and his place on the Court is an insult to the pursuit of truth and justice. He must be impeached."
