Scottish judges rule Boris Johnson's prorogation unlawful

Scottish appeal court judges have declared Boris Johnson’s decision to suspend parliament in the run-up to the October Brexit deadline is unlawful.

illegal as it stymifies parliament? Surely it has been that way ever since the referendum and the majority remain parliament have done everything and more in their power to overturn the result?

Proroguing should be agreed by parliament not left solely to the government.

They have their own parliament - does not apply to UK law

Well ruling might not be binding but then again the 2016 referendum was advisory ... just saying
