The judge had ordered her to stand there and point to exactly who, according to her account, did what to her.

Yet again, journalists show they do not understand the rule of law and the difference between a 'victim' and a 'complainant'. It is for the courts to decide whether a crime took place and therefore if there is a victim. The two terms are not interchangeable. ConorGallaghe_r
