he knows hes beat hes like rat that's been cornered and thrashing around at anything. he will say anything to try and blame the EU later for his bumbling stupidity.

He's chucking in anything he can now as he's worried some sort of compromise might be possible around the border issue. In which case, he would lose his cash out, sorry crash out, no-deal Brexit.

There is no deal and there never was a deal.. Get this thing over with so the USA can enter this economic game...
