GINA MILLER said she 'stands for everyone' as she commented on the High Court's decision to throw out her case against Boris Johnson over his decision to shut down Parliament until mid-October.

"To give up now would be a dereliction of our responsibility. We need to protect our institutions, it is not right they should be shut down or bullied, especially at this momentous time in our history.Her statement prompted political commentator Camilla Tominey to write on Twitter:"Gina Miller has just said she stands for representative democracy with a straight face #Brexit."
