Johannesburg - The EFF intends to sue the SA Post Office and Communications, Telecommunications and Postal Services Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams for the brutal murder of University of Cape Town student Uyinene Mrwetyana in one of its branches.
"We have assembled a legal team to take legal action against the Post Office and the Minister of Communications. This is because the safety of those serviced by the Post Office is the responsibility of the Post Office and the Minister of Communications,” he said.”A responsible government and employer should have known this.
Malema said: ”The power of the law must precisely be so effective that it is observed by all in public and domestic spaces because they know there are consequences”.
