It is the law helps make us a just society. So why are you whining. If your owners didn't avoid tax it would help pay the costs involved
Why would he not be entitled to a fair trial, which requires representation? Defence legal bills would be a lot lower if the prosecution were efficient and fair.
What would you prefer? Unrepresented defendants? Cross examination by defs in person? Judges having to say (as I saw recently) : Can I pass you Archbold, and we will read it together? Would that suit your agenda? How about having a few extra innocents in jail for good measure?
