The teen, who cannot be identified for legal, reasons is accused of preying on women outside shops, pubs and trains stations across South East London.He will appear in court next month charged with 13 counts of sexual assault.The first alleged attack took place outside a Poundland store on Penge High Street on February 9.
He is then claimed to have carried out a second attack outside a Lidl on the same street five days later. Further attacks are alleged to have happened outside Penge East Railway Station and Kent House Railway Station and a number of streets in Penge and Beckenham.
