The North Gauteng High Court on Thursday ruled that the president complied with the remedial action prescribed in her report on minister Pravin Gordhan.
Mkhwebane recommended that Ramaphosa take disciplinary action against Gordhan for his role in granting early retirement to former SARS deputy commissioner Ivan Pillay. Molopa-Sethosa said she was satisfied with Ramaphosa’s argument that he had implemented the remedial action because Mkhwebane did not state a time frame in her report.
It is sad to see black judges being used by whites elit to rule against their own principles of being a Judge. We are confused now bcos during Zuma's time same judges told us something else...To our PP, we are behind you and our people are awake NOW keep on doing good work Adv M.
president took action by waited the rule of law to unfold that's remedial actions
Yoh
The EFF and the PP will have a dark weekend
It was wrong and we do not like what is happening
What did he do to comply ke
Sasafrika is a joke
The judgment is correct but I think the reasoning is flawed. It should have been that president cant implement the recommendations pending review application
Her legal reps are draining the state dry. They should have told her mam u going to get a fucking hiding in court leave it.
Comparing this women with Winnie Mandela it's a joke, this Women should be compared with Jacob Zuma
if i perish i perish
Umthetho uyinkinga
The judge it can't read her judgement properly so i dnt take her serious
this lady must just go back to Law School.
A white judge going against the PP is racist, a black judge doing the same is incompetent. The EFF is actively undermining the judiciary. Fact is, Judge Molopa-Sethosa's judgment is another snotklap for the PP and the EFF & a sideswipe at the EFF's Dali Mpofu
Not surprised.
