LONDON - The wife of Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum has applied for a “forced marriage protection order” in England’s High Court in relation to one of her two children.
At the High Court of England and Wales, she also applied for wardship, which means a child is placed in the hands of the court for major decisions. Representatives of the sheikh did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The Dubai government media office declined to comment on “a private matter that is being resolved in the court”.
Princess Haya attended the court hearing in London. Sheikh Mohammed did not. Two of Britain’s most famous family lawyers are representing the two parties: Fiona Shackleton is representing Haya and Helen Ward is representing Sheikh Mohammed.
The judge, Sir Andrew McFarlane, turned down Sheikh Mohammed’s request for reporting restrictions, ruling (rightly) that there was 'a public interest in the public understanding, in very broad terms, proceedings that are before the court'.
That's new...
Stop going for the money!
Wow ..she is lier...her picture dose not sound that she forced to anything...I think picture taken in England long time ago..

Amazing that she’s the wife of Dubai’s ruler, yet still had no rights there. I used to want to travel to Dubai, but no more. Tourists should boycott Dubai until they can provide basic women’s rights.
I didn't know Slytherin had members of the Dubai royal family, How inclusive.
Hope outside range
