PUTRAJAYA’S main reason for not extraditing Indian preacher Zakir Naik is the lack of guarantee that he will be given a fair trial, said Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa. “Extraditions must be based on justice, and he or she must be treated justly. It must be guaranteed that he or she will be given a just and fair trial.
