Court nod for gazette of third-party notice over RM2.4 million 1MDB funds

THE high court today allowed the prosecution to gazette a notice to summon all third parties claiming an interest in the RM2.4 million in 1Malaysia Development Bhd-linked funds seized from the Pahang Umno liaison committee. Judge Rozana Ali Yusof made the ruling after allowing an application by deputy public prosecutor Farah Yasmin Salleh, from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, to obtain a court order to gazette the third-party notice.
