KUALA LUMPUR: Attorney General Tommy Thomas has filed a formal application demanding an apology from Najib Razak, accusing the former prime minister of posting sub judice comments relayed to the ongoing SRC International trial.
“The posting was also intended to garner support from the public to pressure and influence the court.” AmBank officer Yeoh Eng Leong had told the court that RM3.9 million of SRC International’s money was used in 2014 and 2015 to settle Najib’s credit cards’ bills.
