Former special counsel Robert Mueller has confirmed his report "did not conclude that the president did not commit the obstruction of justice", while adding he "did not exonerate" Trump. Mr Mueller appeared before the House Judiciary Committee after months of pressure from Democrats.
He answered questions from both sides of United States politics on his report into Russian electoral interference and any possible links to President Donald Trump’s campaign. That's a long and painful way of saying that they don't have enough evidence to indict Trump or *anyone* else. Prosecutors either indict or they don't indict. They do not exonerate. What an unmitigated disaster for the Democrats. And they did it to themselves. Again.
