Members of fisherfolk group PAMALAKAYA will carry baby dolphins with the calls ‘Atin ang Pinas, China layas.’ Groups composed of cultural and artist organizations SAKA and NNARA-Youth created an installation ensemble depicting Duterte and China as the ‘monsters of the West Philippine’ that are out to devour the Philippines and trample upon our national sovereignty and patrimony.

They said Duterteroctopus is seen with droopy eyes, big pores, slimy tentacles and also spits poisonous black ink.
