”This court has raised the issue of jurisdiction suo moto in the light of section 295 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as to when the cause of action arose’’. NAN reports that Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court, granted the relief sought and declared Nwoko as a senator -elect for Delta North district.
