Man in court over murder of pregnant Kelly Mary Fauvrelle and manslaughter of her baby Riley in Croydon

THE 25-YEAR-OLD alleged killer of a heavily pregnant woman and her baby in Croydon has appeared in court today.

Aaron McKenzie is accused of murdering Kelly Mary Fauvrelle, 26, who was eight months pregnant when she was stabbed to death in her bed in the early hours of June 29.

McKenzie only spoke to confirm his name, date of birth, and that he is British, but he did not give his address.District Judge Karim Ezzat told him he will next appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday for a bail hearing.
