Gealon said Taboada is considered a co-principal to the crime because he publicly admitted that he was tasked by the former mayor to oversee the demolition ewrly morning of June 28.In a recent statement, Taboada said he was tasked by Osmeña to make sure that only the former mayor’s personal items were taken when they left the office.Even the mayor’s seal was lost, after Osmeña recalled his “private property” inside the room.

“Whatever improvements are made to an immovable owned by the government claimed to have been made using private funds, is subject to the principle of accession,” Gealon added.

....and not a complete hospital with all the required equipments. All the people assigned to the project must be question and jailed.

The least Tommy should have done was to leave it the way he got it when he was elected. Even Ann followed him. So shameful. No wonder the hospital was not built till date. Did the people even know that the billions that was going to be spent was only for the basic structure....

They are going to charge Osmeña an old man who's very sick with theft... for what? Justice? lols
