The decision overturned a fine of around 2.035 billion reais imposed in June 2017, deemed disproportionate by the court. The messaging app also became the frontline in Brazil’s bitter presidential race last year, after newspaper Folha de S.Paulo reported that supporters of far-right candidate and eventual victor Jair Bolsonaro had funded mass messaging attacks against leftist rival Fernando Haddad.

Supreme Court blocks South Dakota newspaper from 'confidential' food stamp dataSupreme Court deals blow to advocates of greater access to public information, ruling in a 6-3 decision that the government does not have to turn over private food stamp data it obtained from grocery stores to a South Dakota newspaper. If people want to know who benefits from SNAP, I can assure you it's the giant grocery chains, agribusiness and their shareholders A couple hundred bucks a month puts food on a family's table Multiply it by millions and it's Wall Street getting rich So...a newspaper sued the government to find out whether or not food stamp recipients eat steak/lobster rather than spam? Thank you SCOTUS

How's that hopey changey thing working out for you? Like so many others, I had hoped for and supported change in our healthcare pricing system. ACA was a huge disappointment. Let's admit it was a bad plan and try something different instead of continuing to support it in order to justify our politics.
