Yes and the VCC/LEA that he voted for makes Death Penalty much easier to achieve. So much for being against it. He's such a pacifist that he voted to fund the war in Afghanistan, and he voted for the act that gave Dubya the power to create more war. He also voted to Bomb Kosovo.
