A police report has been filed against a Twitter account which has accused PKR president Anwar Ibrahim of masterminding the sex videos implicating his deputy, Azmin Ali.
Anwar has always maintained that the charges were fabricated – the first by Dr Mahathir Mohamad during his first tenure as prime minister in 1998 and the second by former premier Najib Abdul Razak. Latheefa, who has since resigned from PKR, is perceived to be aligned to Azmin and is known for her critical views of Anwar's decisions in the past.In a media statement this afternoon, Na'im said he had also named several individuals, whom he believed to be behind the Twitter account, in his police report.
