EFF to petition SCA on Trevor Manuel defamation ruling | IOL News

Johannesburg - The Economic Freedom Fighters on Tuesday said it would petition the Supreme Court of Appeal after the High Court in Johannesburg dismissed its application for leave to appeal former finance minister Trevor Manuel's defamation ruling.

EFF secretary general Godrich Gardee said his party will "go to the highest court in the land" to seek justice.

There's nothing I respect most than a person willing to admit mistakes made, apologize and hopefully learn some lessons not to repeat same mistakes. Apparently such persons are non-existent or in short supply in this political party 🤔

The dumb lengths some compatriots go to save stupid face. Saving face is at the epicenter of national failure and disgrace.
