Salim Mehajer is a free man again after telling a court he'd been so confused by his many bail obligations that he didn't realise he wasn't allowed to contact certain witnesses.
The disgraced Sydney businessman was arrested yesterday, just two weeks after being released from prison, after he contacted a witness in one of his ongoing cases via email. But his latest spell behind bars was brief, with magistrate Alison Viney in Burwood Local Court releasing him back into the community this afternoon. The 32-year-old was arrested about 2.30pm yesterday at his Lidcombe home and remanded in custody after contacting the witness.
In applying for his client's release, Mehajer's barrister, Dymphna Hawkins, said she had been instructed to object to the witness's statement because they weren't present in court to be cross-examined.“Parts have little or no weight whatsoever and are inflammatory and have little or no relevance," the lawyer said.

Lying mongrel! Who’d he pay off this time?

He would have had to sign documents at court stating all conditions that he must strictly adhere to by court of law & would be in possession of any duplicates made for future reference.
If he doesn’t understand the Bail conditions then maybe he shouldn’t be released until he fully understands his contract of freedom
OBVIOUSLY
